Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition Team at Aptitude Software. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attracting top talent to support our company's growth and success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting the end-to-end recruitment process for open hires ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience for all applicants.

  • Leading the offer process and skillfully negotiating employment terms.

  • Coordinating multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and communication with all key stakeholders who are invested in the recruitment process.

  • Working closely and in collaboration with line managers as you use your skills, knowledge and expertise to understand their hiring needs.

  • Working closely with the People & Culture Team and the Marketing Team.

  • Working with external Partners, whenever needed.

  • Tracking data for reporting purposes.

  • Fostering a friendly, energetic, and accountable team environment, contributing to the global People and Culture team’s overall success.

  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience as you strive to deliver a clear and positive end to end recruitment journey.

  • Utilizing various sourcing methods to attract top talent in often difficult to fill roles as you identify, deliver a high-quality candidate pipeline which where possible provides directly sourced candidates to fill vacancies.

  • We’ll look to you to stay informed when it comes to the latest recruitment news and trends as we look for you to positively influence and enhance our recruitment strategies.

Job requirements

Ideally, you will have the following experience and skills:

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience (UK market essential)

  • Proven track record in FinTech or tech hiring

  • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills

  • Confident interviewer and communicator

  • Comfortable working with hiring managers and senior stakeholders

  • Able to juggle multiple roles in a fast-paced setting

  • Curious about IT and up to date with recruitment trends

  • Bonus: Experience with AU/US markets
