Job description
The Project Support Consultant will assist in driving the Project Support Office (PSO) to deliver on activities and provide global support to implementation projects. You will act as a trusted and reliable source of information for the Professional Services team and the wider business.
As part of your overall role, there will be an expectation that you identify risk and think commercially as part of your decision-making process.
You will be required to liaise with internal departments and clients to reach outcomes and deliverables.
You will:
· Maintain the global resource plan, recording accurate information based on resource allocation and interpreting data to inform and support decisions.
· Provide financial forecasts, ensuring the monthly billing process is completed as well as working with Finance to manage reporting on revenue and financial analysis to support decision making.
· Support the regional process managers with implementation of and adherence to the Aptitude Solution Delivery Framework.
· Assist in monitoring, tracking, and reporting on the commercial cover process across the portfolio, assisting with the creation of contracts as required.
· Assist with creation of portfolio reporting for senior management.
· Manage the Project Support Office backlog, assigning & completing appropriate tasks.
· Provide support to the Regional Delivery Leads as required.
· Provide timely support to the Delivery teams on deployment considerations including visa applications, travel, country advice and engagement letters.
· Assist with maintaining a secure and accurate Delivery team document library of estimates, proposal, and SOW’s.
· Assist with induction program development and execution for new starters. Organize welcome meetings and product training.
· Assist delivery teams with the set-up, access, and accurate use of the required applications (e.g., NetSuite, SmartSheet).
· Assist with tracking third party contractors, extending as required to ensure there is always enough contractual and commercial cover in place.
· Responsible for entering and managing information in various systems (e.g. SmartSheets, Confluence).
· Provide confirmed consultant overtime calculations monthly.

· At a basic level, able to interpret client and contractual requirements to setup resource planning and consultant time recording systems.
· Ability to produce accurate reports & analyze information using various systems.
· Be able to provide data in a consumable and tangible format, within requested timeframes.
· Able to analyze information, identify errors or logical improvements and present feedback to wider team.
· Good commercial awareness.
· Works with the strictest confidentially as needed when handling commercially sensitive information both internally and externally.
· Ability to independently communicate with clients regarding any project support matters.
· Good knowledge and understanding of the Aptitude Solution Delivery Framework, able to adhere to & offer guidance to peers.
· Actively identifies way to improve processes within the Services Organization, where possible ensuring repeatability.
