Be the first PMM on a flagship product. Own the strategy, move fast, and make real impact—backed by a global team with a startup mindset and full support to build your playbook from scratch.

Job description

We’re looking for a high-energy, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to take our flagship SaaS product Fynapse to market.

This is a rare opportunity to build something from scratch. You’ll be the first PMM in the company, working directly with our CPTO and partnering with engineering, product, sales, and marketing to craft the messaging, launch campaigns, and drive adoption that puts Fynapse on the map.

If you're excited about being the person who defines how the world sees a product — and you want full ownership of that mission — this is your role.

The overall objectives of this vacancy are as follows:

●      Own and drive the go-to-market strategy for Fynapse.

●      Define, test, and scale the product messaging and narrative from day one.

●      Deliver the core set of GTM assets — fast.

●      Translate complex product features into crisp, compelling customer benefits.

●      Partner closely with engineering and product to deeply understand what we’re building and why it matters.

●      Build the customer feedback loop that sharpens everything: positioning, roadmap, content, and campaigns.

●      Set a foundation for a best-in-class product marketing function as we scale.

The focus of this role will evolve, but here are the high-impact areas where you’ll make a difference from day one:

●      Craft messaging & positioning that resonates; test it, refine it, and roll it out across sales, marketing, and product.

●      Build sales & marketing enablement materials that help us win; from value decks and one-pagers to web copy and demo scripts.

●      Plan and execute product and feature launches; working with product and engineering to land the story, timing, and rollout.

●      Create and run feedback loops; from customer interviews to sales conversations, market analysis, and win/loss reviews.

●      Drive GTM campaigns in collaboration with marketing and demand gen teams.

●      Own and evolve the content stack; from demo’s and FAQs to videos and playbooks.

In your first 30 - 60 days, you’ll:

●      Refine our positioning with customer validation.

●      Build and ship our core sales enablement assets.

●      Launch at least one new feature with full GTM support.

Job requirements

●      3–6 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS

●      Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment where you've had to create from scratch

●      Proven ability to own a GTM plan and execute it with urgency

●      Excellent storyteller with strong writing chops

●      Comfortable working with engineers, product managers, and commercial teams alike

●      Highly autonomous, action-oriented, and able to navigate ambiguity

●      Ability to translate technical features into clear, customer value
