You may have project responsibilities for configuring Aptitude Software’s (‘Aptitude’) products or you may be responsible for providing high-quality support of clients’ configured production solutions.

You will possess excellent domain knowledge and will assume project responsibility for the technical configuration of Aptitude Software (‘Aptitude’) products and take ownership of components in the solution design. Critical to the success of your role will be your excellent client communication and management skills. As a Principal Consultant you will help to establish best practices to be followed by your team to ensure that our delivery is fit for purpose. You will actively engage with the Product Innovation team and other project teams to share knowledge, best practices and lessons learned.

You will be expected to further your own professional development (keeping yourself updated with relevant knowledge and skills) and mentor other consultants. You will contribute to the evolving company culture and always ensure that you are motivating the teams, celebrating milestones, and ensuring that you contribute towards internal communications, taking your stories and successes out to the wider Aptitude community.
