Job description

We are hiring a Head of Delivery to lead all aspects of services delivery in APAC, including full P&L ownership, resourcing, commercials, and line management. This is a player-coach position: while overseeing regional operations, you’ll also program manage a small number of strategic accounts directly.

You’ll ensure high-quality implementations, drive regional delivery excellence, and represent services in commercial opportunities. You will act as the senior delivery voice in APAC, responsible for client outcomes, people leadership, and ongoing process improvement.

You will be responsible for performing a Delivery Lead role across one (or more) Aptitude client engagements or internal strategic initiatives, while supporting the VPs, Professional Services and Chief Client Experience Officer with respect to portfolio delivery management.

You will operate at the most senior level, providing confidence and leadership which enables clients to build trust in our delivery. Critical to the success of this will be your excellent client communication and management skills. You are expected to drive and inspire others around you.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Own the APAC Professional Services P&L, including resource forecasting, delivery quality, and financial performance

·        Oversee all client delivery in the region across implementation and recurring services

·        Actively manage key clients, serving as Delivery Lead on a limited number of strategic projects

·        Line manage and coach Delivery Managers and Consultants; lead hiring, onboarding, and development

·        Represent Delivery in sales pursuits; contribute to scoping, pricing, and contract negotiation

·        Ensure adoption of Aptitude’s delivery methodology and continuous improvement practices

·        Partner with Product, Sales, and Global Services leadership to drive strategic initiatives in the region

·        Mitigate delivery risk, uphold governance, and foster trusted relationships with client and partner stakeholders

Job requirements

·        Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of enterprise software in a B2B SaaS context

·        Strong commercial acumen; experience with P&L, resource planning, and client negotiations

·        Hands-on project/program management background, ideally with financial or subscription systems

·        Track record of people leadership and building high-performing delivery teams

·        Confident communicator and client advisor at C-level

·        Comfortable working in a hybrid model with regional travel as needed
