What you’ll do and what we offer

This role is focused on using the individual’s digital graphic design expertise to help the marketing team scale fast, post re-brand as volumes of content and activity ramp up to help us meet our lead and revenue targets. This will be achieved through:

  • Supporting the marketing and sales creative content requirements using the Adobe CC to produce high quality marketing assets for both print and digital
  • Support the re-brand efforts ensuring consistency of the new brand across all channels and aligned to the new brand guidelines
  • Website – collaborate with the digital marketing team to improve webpages and transform wireframes into accessible and engaging user interfaces using Adobe XD
  • Create, edit and output video and animated content for website and social media channels
  • Design and output interactive online brochureware, including a new magazine
  • Design brochureware in both print and online formats
  • Collaborate with the Ops and Field marketing teams to produce campaign content on-demand, both print and online, including pull up banners, stands, brochures, e-books, online ads and email templates
  • Provide guidance on campaign and promotional aesthetic

Job requirements

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have the following skills & experience:

  • Proven +3yrs (B2B preferred but not essential) in a professional digital graphic design role
  • An accessible portfolio of work to showcase various graphic design disciplines
  • Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator) with Premier Pro, After Effects, XD desirable but not essential
  • Ability to clearly present and articulate design concepts for marketing projects
  • Attention to detail is a key attribute
  • Working knowledge of WordPress beneficial
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Driven, enthusiastic self-starter and finisher
  • Act with integrity and common sense, thinking on behalf of the business
